New parking area
We were approached by our client who had suffered subsidence on their bank which was starting to cause a treacherous pathway to their home and their neighbours homes. We excavated and removed over 300 tonnes of spoil before a timber crib wall was installed to prevent any further subsidence.
This created a new parking area for my client and a new safer residential pathway.
PROJECT DETAILS
We had to excavated approximately 300 tonnes of spoil from this bank and install a timber crib wall to allow for parking and to prevent the bank from subsiding further. We installed temporary access to 3 properties whilst the work was carried out, and then installed a new footpath and hand rail.
The parking area was finished with reinforced concrete and reflective removable barriers.
